Technical Details of the Heavy-Duty Extensions

All extensions are ball-bearing guided, designed as full extensions, and tested for 50,000 cycles. The load capacity refers to the shortest version (400 mm). For longer extensions, the load capacity decreases accordingly.

The extension is designed for DIY self-installation. Mounting can be done directly through the existing holes on the wall or with brackets on the floor.

Der Auszug ist ideal für den individuellen Ausbau geeignet. Die Befestigung kann wahlweise direkt über die vorhandenen Bohrungen an der Wand oder mit Winkeln auf dem Boden erfolgen. Für die Varianten 53 mm / 100 kg und 57 mm / 130 kg stehen zusätzlich Montageprofile (Länge 750 mm) zur Verfügung.
Die Schwerlastauszüge werden dabei mittels Nutensteinen und Schrauben an den Montageprofilen befestigt. Anschließend den vormontierten Auszug in das Fahrzeug stellen und die Position der jeweils vier Befestigungspunkte auf der Bodenplatte markieren.
Danach den Auszug wieder entnehmen und an den Markierungen mit einem 10 mm Holzbohrer ca. 12 mm tief vorbohren. Die Einschraubmuffen in die Bohrlöcher eindrehen, den Auszug erneut einsetzen und durch die 4 Profilbohrungen in die Muffen verschrauben.
Nutensteine, Schrauben und Einschraubmuffen sind im Lieferumfang enthalten.
